BPE Solicitors

Brand Launch & Strategy

BPE is an entrepreneurial law firm working with entrepreneurial businesses and individuals.  I was a member of the creative team responsible for the launch of their new Business People Brilliant People brand.  We wanted to show that BPE is an integral part of a business team.  They work with brilliant people and together achieve great things.  It’s all about building relationships. So many service industries talk about what they do and don’t show what they do.  Showing your strengths through the eyes of your clients is a powerful message, so that’s what we did and what we continue to do.

Wiggly Worm

I met Rob Rees MBE, founder of the Wiggly Worm charity in September.  I’d heard about his launch of the No Child Hungry campaign at the Gloucestershire Business Awards.  I suggested to one of my clients, BPE Solicitors, that NCH would be a great fit with their firm. BPE’s brand is all about entrepreneurialism and Rob and his Wiggly Worm charity is certainly that.  BPE is now supporting Rob’s No Child Hungry Gloucestershire campaign.

Hayley Oxley

I’m working with GYROTONIC® instructor Hayley Oxley to help raise her profile as a leading GYROTONIC® trainer in Brighton and the South East.  Hayley is also an experienced Pilates teacher and qualified massage therapist.  The first step was to create a website with online booking system and blog, along with a dedicated facebook page and instagram account.  We’re in the process of putting together a social media and ongoing marketing plan to ensure Hayley becomes the face of the GYROTONIC® Method in Brighton.  Watch this space!Screen Shot 2018-08-17 at 19.14.32.jpg

Blog Writing

65b5ee4cacaa5d303b59f56a3a92c0b3Most people know that blogging is an important piece of kit in your marketing tool box. Search engines love websites that are frequently updated with fresh content and on a website, the blog is generally the best place to do this.  It’s unlikely that you’ll update your home page, history, services, products etc on a daily or weekly basis, but a blog gives you the opportunity to post up-to-date, industry relevant, interesting content as often as you like. Companies that blog typically gain at least twice as much web traffic as those that don’t.

If you’re interested in the type of content you could blog about, take a look at a couple of companies I’ve written blogs for: Hayley Oxley,  Vitruvius,  The Finance Roome and Endsleigh Insurance. If you’d like to chat about your blog and how to keep it fresh and interesting, why not drop me a line on claireharrisonwriter@gmail.com

Vitruvius

vitruvius-trio2Vitruvius is a leading construction management partner, working with commercial clients across a wide variety of industry sectors to define, manage and deliver large construction projects on time and on budget. I’ve been working with Vitruvius since November 2015.  The first project was to assist Vitruvius in writing a large tender document and to write and co-ordinate the design and production of their new website which was launched in December 2016.  I also produced a marketing communications plan.

During production of the new website, which included interviewing clients and creating video testimonials, I worked with Vitruvius to develop their brand and streamline the company’s offering.  Previously the Company was promoting too many services making it difficult to define key points of difference.

It works for everyone in any field.  Clients include Twinings, Ministry of Defence, BAE and The National Trust.

I worked with Treehouse from February 2016 until Sept 2018 initially writing and uploading blog posts and overseeing production of their new website, but then working closely with Helen Westendorp, Treehouse Director, across a wide range of activities including helping with bid writing, marketing communications, brand champion and copywriting of all marketing assets.

BPE’s Vintage Tea Stop

Concept for corporate event & copywriting

How you attract new and existing clients to a tent in the middle of a field?  You create a 1950’s Vintage Tea Stop complete with homemade cake, scones and children’s entertainment.

BPE has sponsored the Cotswold Show in Cirencester for the past 3 years.  This year they wanted to invite their existing and potential clients, friends and families to the Show, but give them something a little bit different that would entertain the whole family.  I came up with the idea of turning the BPE marquee into a Vintage Tea Stop.  Whilst the adults enjoyed a sit down in the shade with a free cuppa a piece of Victoria Sponge, the children were entertained by a magic show, balloon modelling and face painting.  Everyone was happy!

My role:  event concept, research and booking Vintage Tea supplier, copywriting and design of invitations and banners.
