Endsleigh Insurance

I joined Endsleigh as a full-time copywriter in September 2022. I had worked for Endsleigh previously on a freelance basis writing copy for their refurbished website and was then invited back to re-write their website when the company went through a complete re-brand.  

As their copywriter, it was down to me to create a tone of voice for the business which was lacking and had not been addressed since they became a Howden company in 2021. My role includes writing all marketing assets including: engaging emails (open rates and click-throughs have significantly improved since I joined the marketing team), brochures, collateral for conferences, blog posts and all website copy. I also write reports in partnership with the research and insights manager and advise the marketing team on creative strategy for campaigns including their new #BeyondBroking proposition. I have also been instrumental in increasing Endsleigh’s PR activity.
